Broad River Camp

Broad River Campsite gave us our first chance to pull the canoes out of the water and clean them up. We again had to secure our water and food to make sure the raccoons would present no problem. Note, both Jim and Doug carried all their gear in waterproof sea bags. If we had rolled a canoe, their gear would still be dry. Not true for me. If we had rolled the large canoe, it is likely all my gear would have been lost. Well, not the Rubber Maid footlocker. It floats.
